We’re looking for a Tech Sales Associate. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service through attentive listening, and handling sensitive customer information with care. You'll strive to proactively resolve issues on the first contact, stay knowledgeable about our client's products and promotions, and accurately update records in the required systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Offer customers new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
- Troubleshoot the client's products, such as hosting and website services, as needed, taking full ownership, and providing a thorough resolution to the customer.
- Meet metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day.
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
- Boost the client's business by showcasing their products and services.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has an advanced English level.
- Lives in Lima.
- Has sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs.
- Can demonstrate the ability to promote and build exceptional customer rapport.
- Has ability to take full ownership of customer issues and deliver a truly exceptional customer experience, one customer at a time.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
