What you’ll be doing:

  • Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
  • Provide excellent customer service by trying to resolve situations on the first interaction.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a constant knowledge of the client's products and services.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has 80% and up Portuguese level.
  • Has 80% and up English level.
  • Has skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
  • Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and confident.
