[BRISTOL, UK], April 27, 2023 – Teleperformance has been recognised for the fourth year running as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ (2023) today by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

Teleperformance UK has officially ranked 37 among the 57 Super Large organisations on the list.

The list is based on confidential survey data representing 1.4 million employees from over 3,000 companies across 37 countries in Europe. This recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values and leadership.

Last year, Teleperformance UK were also named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women and as one of the Best Workplaces in Europe.

Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a For All™ workplace experience, inclusive of all employees no matter who they are or what they do. At the Best Workplaces in Europe, being able to offer unique benefits to employees makes a big difference.

Great Place to Work® performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company to create the 2023 UK's Best Workplaces™ list. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies' employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience.

Gary Slade, CEO for UK, Ireland & South Africa at Teleperformance commented: “I am truly proud of receiving this award for the fourth year in a row. As a business, our people will always will remain our number one focus and we collectively work together to keep improving and keep listening. Our position on this prestigious list is driven by our annual employee engagement survey, measuring the extent to which everyone across Teleperformance UK feels about the culture we've developed collectively, making us a truly great workplace for all.”

“As the global authority on workplace culture, our mission at Great Place to Work® has always been to build a better world by helping organisations become a great place to work for all. We strongly believe in the notion of ‘better for business, better for people, better for the world,” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK.
