What is the Teleperformance Trust and Safety Advisory Council?
The digital trust and safety (“T&S”) landscape is dynamic and complex. As Teleperformance aims to take a forward-looking approach to the Trust and Safety services it provides to its clients, Teleperformance has decided to gather multi-stakeholder input from academia and the public and private sectors to create safer spaces for online users (especially the most vulnerable), Trust and Safety content moderators, advertisers, and other key stakeholders in the online ecosystem.
Teleperformance believes the consultation of experts – through the Teleperformance Trust and Safety Advisory Council – in diverse areas such child protection, tackling online hate and harassment, responsible technology, internet law, and other fields impacting content moderation, will help in this objective. The purpose of the Council is to provide the Teleperformance Group with relevant insights that will help in shaping responsible and safe interaction in the online ecosystem.
