Top Workplaces 2022 - For the second consecutive year, Teleperformance has been recognized as one of World’s Best Workplaces by the esteemed Great Place to Work® and Fortune Magazine! Only 25 companies in the world have been included in this prestigious list this 2022. This year, we ranked 11^th – an outstanding feat as we have gained 14 places, compared to last year’s position at 25^th! We are grateful to announce that we have the happiest employees in our industry and have set the bar in providing exceptional employee experiences, ranking better than the competition.

 
According to Great Place to Work®’s survey, 84% of employees say that Teleperformance is a great place to work.

Great Place to Work® determined the rankings of the Top Workplaces 2022 list by analyzing surveys whose scope covers the impact of a company’s workplace programs. This year, 14.8 million employee opinions worldwide were analyzed. To be considered in the list, companies must be included in at least five Best Workplaces lists in Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America, North America, or Australia during 2021 or early 2022.
