On Monday, July 10, 2023, Teleperformance successfully launched its Trust & Safety Advisory Council at the Teleperformance Innovation and Experience Center (TIEC) in Santa Clara, California. It also held its Inaugural Meeting with all the Council Members in the same venue.

The Council brings together leaders in the Trust & Safety space to share insights and spearhead relevant outputs related to new digital regulation, the impact of the scale and speed of generative AI on harmful content detection, creation, and distribution, and content moderator wellness. Teleperformance believes the consultation of experts — through the Teleperformance Trust & Safety Advisory Council — in diverse areas of expertise, including child protection, tackling online hate and harassment, internet governance, and other fields impacting content moderation, will help Teleperformance take a forward-looking approach to Trust & Safety.
