Citizen of the World (COTW)
It is an initiative in which we want to generate a positive impact in our communities and, particularly, on vulnerable children and their families. We do it through fundraisings, donations, and volunteer work in which we focus on people to create connections. It is in our DNA to help the people who need it most to create a collaborative culture that benefits everyone that surrounds us.
Citizen of the Planet (COTP)
Our operations are environmentally friendly, and we try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. We act against climate change and its impact on the planet. At Latam, every year, employees participate in environmental campaigns such as cleaning waste on beaches and rivers, planting trees, and raising awareness in our communities about recycling.
We only have one planet, and it is our greatest treasure. It is our home, and we must take care of it as such.
We are a region rich in diversity and we embrace differences. We recognize, accept, and respect what makes us unique so that each of our collaborators feels included and engaged to who they are, what they do, and where they come from.
