This year it lit up the mood of the Teleperformers in India because of the two initiatives taken by Teleperformance – #SpreadASmile and #GreenDiwali.
At Teleperformance in India, caring for people and the planet are not a day’s campaign, rather, a continuous rigor is maintained to create a difference in the society with the COTP and COTW initiatives. This year Diwali was just not all about gifts and decoration but we took the opportunity on this auspicious day to spread awareness about reducing air and sound pollution by saying “No To Crackers”. Along with this, #SpreadASmile campaign was launched, focused on making a positive impact on someone’s life through small gestures, on this auspicious day. In short, give someone a reason to smile by creating a wave of optimism, kindness, and happiness.
