We have some great news from India. Teleperformance India has just received a prestigious award from the World HRD Congress for our Excellence in Training and Development program.
Specifically, it was our JUMP program that was awarded because JUMP helps to prepare our agents to move forward in their career. They can be groomed for management in TP or, if they move on, the new skills are transferable and can help them to grow and develop their career.
