We are glad to share that the Teleperformance team has seen a huge momentum on all counts in 2016. Be it our people growth, capacity expansion, and industry accreditations, we have been able to raise the bar to a new high. With a 76% growth in our headcount, we have recently launched two new centers in Jaipur & Indore and expanded capacity in Gurgaon, increasing our footprint to 6 sites across the country. This expansion will facilitate over 4,000 direct jobs for the youth, in addition to the 10,800 people we currently employ.
