We’re looking for a Sales Associate. You will provide excellent customer service by being an attentive listener and ensuring that both new and existing customers receive world-class support. You will also be responsible for commercializing energy services and consistently meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly performance goals. Your ability to balance exceptional service with a strong performance focus will be key to your success in this position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone empathetic, respectful, proactive, and can resolve situations with a positive attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure excellent customer service through quick and effective actions to solve the customer’s issues.
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Is skilled with data entry and dialer platforms.
- Preferably, has 1 to 3 years of prior phone and sales experience.
- Has skills to solve situations with a positive attitude.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and confident.
- Is a high school graduate with a passion for sales.
- Has full-time availability.
