Teaming up with the UN for a more sustainable future

In 2011, TP joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest organization for businesses committed to sustainability. We rigorously follow their standards for human rights, fair labor practices, protecting the environment and fighting corruption.

Leading the way in responsible business

In keeping with the UN Global Compact, we maintain a culture that brings people together. That’s a challenge with a large, global workforce. But we’re proud to have the most diverse workforce in our industry — and proud of the awards they’ve earned for their commitment to service and excellence. Integrity is at the core of everything we do, driving our focus on ethical business and giving back to the planet and people in need.

Our policies

Turning principles into actions

Our codes and policies guide how we collaborate to do what’s right for business while protecting people and our planet.

We respect and uphold internationally recognized human rights, and we avoid any direct or indirect violations of those rights.

We support freedom of association and collective bargaining, we eliminate all forms of forced labor, and we prevent discrimination in employment.

We prioritize environmental sustainability. We’ve adopted a precautionary approach to improving our planet, and we’ll continue to develop environmentally friendly solutions.

We combat all forms of corruption, including bribery and extortion, with mandatory employee training and detailed policies for preventing or exposing and addressing violations.
